Inventory

Jewelry pieces are restocked monthly. Some pieces will be offered in limited quantities and may not be available once they are sold out. If you are interested in an “out of stock” item, please e-mail orders@duafedesigns.com to inquire about future availability or to make a special purchase request (i.e. if you wish to order an item or place it on reserve before it is publicly restocked). Once available for purchase, you will be sent an invoice for payment. After payment confirmation, your item will be sent via mail.

Jewelry Disclaimer

Shell jewelry pieces are beautifully natural. As such, no pieces are identical and they may vary in color and shape. Please note, Duafe’s jewelry pieces are hand selected, with the closest matching items paired or grouped together.  Earrings are made with sterling silver ear wire and chains, which may tarnish while storing in open air and humidity for lengthy periods of time. To protect against tarnishing, a natural chemical reaction called oxidation, store silver in air tight or zip lock bags (included with your purchase). To remove tarnish from silver, use a silver cleaning cloth for the best and safest results. The best natural way to prohibit discoloration is to wear your sterling silver regularly - your natural body oils help to keep the tarnishing down and cleaning to a minimum. Never throw away a piece of silver jewelry because it has lost its shining glory. Clean it properly first!

Payment Methods & Process

Duafe accepts US Currency including credit cards, check cards, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and cash. However, online orders are limited to credit or check cards through PayPal, a secured and monitored online payment system. Signing up for a PayPal account is free and there's no charge to send payments. Customers must register an account with PayPal to utilize their service. Once your order and payment is received, a copy of your invoice/transaction will be sent to your e-mail address. You can track your purchase through your PayPal account and use their payment services for many other online merchant websites.

Transactions exchanging cashiers checks, personal checks, or money orders are handled through “mail in” orders. See the” Ordering” section below for more “mail in” information. Cash transactions must be handled as special order and are made in person only. Please contact orders@duafedesigns.com for further inquiry.

Ordering

To place an order online, click on “Buy Me” and you will be directed to add your item to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your order, click on “View Cart” where your items will be displayed and calculated including shipping and handling costs. A confirmation receipt of payment will be sent to your email account, and your order will be sent within three business days (M-F) thereafter. Complete the fax order form if you are paying via cashiers checks, personal checks, or money orders. A fax number will be provided via e-mail upon requests sent to orders@duafedesigns.com. Your order will be in process, finalized, and mailed out within three business days after payment is received. Once your faxed order is received, your payment must arrive within seven business days to Duafe, attn: Sales Department, P.O. Box 20053, El Sobrante, CA94820. If payment is not received in such time, your order will be cancelled.

Address Validation

To ensure your packages are delivered to the correct address quickly, we use the U.S. Postal Service's (U.S.P.S.) database of valid address. This allows us to identify and correct any typos or errors. If we come across a suspect address, we'll show you the possible error(s) the U.S.P.S. has found via e-mail and ask you to either accept the recommended changes or correct the address. When we check the address with U.S.P.S., we also add the +4 digits to your zip code, to ensure the fastest possible delivery. After confirmation of your delivery address, Duafe will not be responsible for undelivered items.

Shipping/Handling

Orders of in stock items are shipped out within 3 business days of the order date. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to be shipped. Standard shipping/handling rates vary and are dependent on your total order amount.

Returns &Exchange Policy

Please note All Online Sales Are Final. If a purchase of Duafe merchandise is made at a boutique/store, customers must adhere to the return/exchange policies of that establishment. For additional questions regarding such matters, please contact Duafe at orders@duafedesigns.com.

Privacy Policy

Duafe values its customers and respects their privacy. Your personal and financial information will not be shared with any other parties unless formally requested by you. Your customer contact information will be used to send you information about our products, updates, promotions, and events.
